This sauce is really really quick and easy to prepare. You can prepare a little extra and have it with toast or with rice and pasta.

- 2 large carrots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1 teaspoon spice such as curry powder or cumin
- Spaghetti
- Salt
Method
- Heat oil on medium heat
- Add minced garlic and spices and cook until fragrant
- Add finely grated carrots and salt
- Cover and cook until tender, about 20-30 minutes
- Add yogurt
- Serve with spaghetii
