Ingredients
- Butter
- Oil
- Flavours (optional)
Method
- Make sure butter is at room temperature
- Mix butter and oil in equal amounts
- Add any flavourings such as stock cubes, spices etc
- Keep in refrigerator
Comments
- You can use any oil. Neutral oil such as soya bean or canola oil will maintain the butter taste. Olive oil adds a distinct flavour
